Returns Policy

All of our fragrances are handcrafted and bottled to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to explore samples or travel sizes before purchasing a full bottle. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us—we’ll make it right.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased by one person, one household, or one order.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information.

8. Shipping & Processing

Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, as each product is made to order.
Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays or seasonal volume.
U.S. shipping is a $5 flat rate.
International shipping rates are provided upon request.

9. Returns & Exchanges

All Khye Fragrances products are made to order and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
We encourage sampling before purchasing a full size.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us at Jarek@bsugared.com within 7 days of delivery.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides secure processing and data storage.
