Shipping Policy
Our alcohol-based perfumes must ship via ground service. Candles, oils, and home products ship USPS Priority Mail. Each order is crafted fresh—never pre-made—so please allow 3–7 business days for blending, bottling, and processing.
Our studio works Monday through Friday; weekend orders begin processing the next business day.
Shipping within the United States is a $5 flat rate.
For customers outside the U.S., email us for international rates. We offer oil-based versions of our fragrances (60 ml) specifically for international delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Every Khye Fragrances scent is blended, poured, and bottled to order—made just for you. Because each piece is created by hand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on fragrance products. We encourage you to explore our samples and travel sizes before committing to a full bottle.
